Victoria’s Secret Teleservice Center

Fidelity Investments | Hewlett Packard | ClientLogic | Stream Global Services | Panasonic | Intuit/Victoria’s Secret | Sprint PCS | JC Penney | Bank of America

This teleservice center was originally designed and built for Intuit, Inc., a high-tech software company.  Today the one-story building is owned and operated by Victoria’s Secret.  The facility contains space for 600 technical support agents and 50 support and administration personnel, human resources, testing, training, technology support, financial management and a boardroom/conference center with video teleconferencing.  Equipped with all the functions to support employee wellness and in-house resources, a lunch room with vending, microwave, and “lunch and learn” areas is included.  An outdoor patio lounge for 60 persons, showers, game room, quiet lounge, a "Wall of Fame" kiosk for customer letters, and a centralized information center with bulletin boards support this company culture.

The building complements its southwest surroundings and maximizes views to the exterior for the customer service representatives.  Indirect lighting is utilized in the customer service areas. Site lighting was designed to promote security and employee comfort, due to personnel leaving and entering the facility 24 hours a day. The entire project had a total design/construction time of only six months under a design/build concept with Reid & Associates and the interior design by Engel Picasso Associates.
