Ventura Place

ABQ Uptown | Ventura Place | Uptown Park | Plaza Santa Fe

With the intent to create a neighborhood feel, Ventura Place was designed to allow each building convenient access from one common parking area encouraging a “park and walk” shopping experience.  With leasable spaces ranging from 1,200sf to 28,000sf for its anchor building, the overall size and scale attracted medium sized national chains such as Trader Joe’s and Bed Bath and Beyond, as well as several locally owned retail businesses.

Complying with the City of Albuquerque La Cueva Sector plan, the master plan satisfied the Environmental Planning Commission (EPC) and Development Review Board (DRB) process.  The mix of retail, restaurant, and retail services has been well received by the community and neighborhood.
