This facility includes space for 20 administrative and information technology personnel and 400 workstations for customer support, technical support, and marketing agents.

With dedicated areas for human resources, testing, training, and financial management, the center also allows for classrooms, a pre-opening rental area for training and recruitment, a boardroom/conference center with video teleconferencing, and a "Wall of Fame" recognition area. An outdoor lounge and lunch room provide areas for staff “lunch and learn” presentations, seating up to 30 people in each area.
