Phase II of this large retail project near the intersection of Rodeo and Cerrillos Road in Santa Fe added 147,325sf to the existing 210,000sf of Phase I.  Both phases include pad sites for smaller retail stores and restaurants. Services provided by Dekker/Perich/Sabatini included conceptual design, processing of plans for site development conformance, full Basic Design Services, building permitting through the City of Santa Fe, and Construction Administration.

The architectural design of the development is based on the Santa Fe Pueblo Style, with stucco wall finishes in three southwestern colors. The design also includes wood post and beam construction at the portales, wood canales for roof drainage, and buttressed corners.
