This two-story office building was completed for the Matsushita Corporation, the parent company of Panasonic.  The facility serves as a national toll-free call center for customer service.  It was designed to be ergonomically correct, as the customer service representatives work all day at computer terminals and receive thousands of telephone calls.  It also has extensive security measures due to its 24 hour operations.

Other features of the facility include a state-of-the-art audio-visual presentation room for new product presentations, training rooms, a cafeteria, and large areas that house the customer service representatives.   Dekker/Perich/Sabatini served as architect of record, with Engel Picasso Associates providing exterior image and interior design.
