JC Penney Teleservice Center

This facility was designed for computerized sales operations for the JC Penney Company with 296 work stations, administrative offices, computer facilities, employee training areas and support spaces. 

Designed as a fast-track project, the project design and construction cocuments were completed within a four week period.  Its precast concrete structure allowed for on-site assembly and ease of construction to expedite construction completion and owner occupancy.
